has an extensive professional and teaching career. Michele founded Gotta Dance Studio in Addison, IL in 1987, of which she owned and operated for 17 years, instructing and choreographing all forms of dance. Ms. Broviak’s choreography has won the title of “World Dance Champions”. While continuing to choreograph and instruct all forms of dance, she continues to receive Entertainment, Choreography and Top Teacher Awards from various dance organizations and competitions. She has choreographed over 75 shows as well as hundreds of original award-winning competition routines for her students and other competitive studios. A few of her choreography credits include The Little Mermaid, Chicago, Beauty and the Beast, Violet, You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown, Singing in the Rain, Hairspray, Cats and Grease. She has trained performers working as professional dancers on broadway, cruise ships, Disney touring companies, and performing with musical artists such as Lady Gaga and Cher. Many others have performed on award shows, in commercials, movies and several have become successful studio owners. Michele’s intense training has been in ballet, jazz, tap contemporary, lyrical, hip-hop and musical theater. She has had an extensive stage and film career, performing in shows such as Guys and Dolls, Bye Bye Birdie, They’re Playing Our Song, and A Chorus Line to name a few. Ms. Broviak has worked with film stars such as Jessica Lange, Chris O’Donnell, Joan Cusack and Patrick Swayze. She has firmly established herself as an adjudicator, choreographer and master instructor across the country.
