Office Manager
Overview:
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of Salt Creek Ballet, ensuring smooth daily operations, financial management, fundraising, and effective communication between staff, students, families, and the board. This role manages the administrative team and supports the artistic directors by handling logistics, scheduling, and compliance matters.
Marketing & Communications Coordinator
Overview:
The Marketing & Communications Coordinator is responsible to create, coordinate, and execute the organization’s marketing and communications activities. This highly visible position plays an important role in promoting Salt Creek Ballet’s programs and performances, strengthening brand awareness, increasing student enrollment and ticket sales, supporting fundraising initiatives, and maintaining consistent communication with students, families, patrons, donors, sponsors, alumni, and the community.
The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. This individual should be able to work independently while collaborating closely with staff and leadership to implement marketing initiatives that support the organization’s mission and goals. Intermediate knowledge of dance technique a bonus, but not required.
Development Coordinator
Overview:
The Development Coordinator is responsible for accepting, reporting and acknowledgement of gifts. This position is dedicated to maximizing the studio’s impact with focus upon raising arts awareness in the local community and building partnerships with donors. The Development Assistant will work collaboratively with the administrative staff and Board of Directors on fundraising efforts.
Front Desk Associate
Overview:
The Front Desk Associate to a personable and welcoming face within our dance studio. This vital role serves as the first point of contact for parents, students, faculty members, and prospective clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience. The ideal candidate has an energetic approach and excellent organizational skills to help maintain smooth office operations, manage communications efficiently, and support various administrative functions. This part time position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive non-profit environment.
