At Salt Creek Ballet, our commitment as not only its  Artistic Directors, but accomplished dancers ourselves, is to give every student a sense of purpose in their training, because the lessons learned in the studio go far beyond pliés and tendus.

Salt Creek Ballet’s Pre-Professional Program is designed for committed young dancers seeking focused training in a supportive and inspiring environment.

Classes are held during evenings and weekends and include advanced instruction in ballet, pointe, variations, character, contemporary, and conditioning. Classes include Ballet, Pointe, Variations, Repertoire, Character, Contemporary, Body Conditioning/Strength Training/Floor barre.

Additional classes include: Partnering, Cultural Folk Dance, Conservatory, Intensive Programs, dancers’ talks, and professional master classes.

Dancers benefit from master classes with industry professionals, experience live music in the studio and on stage, and engage in meaningful conversations with artists, choreographers, directors, and university faculty.

With over 13 performance opportunities each year—including mainstage productions and community outreach—students grow in confidence, artistry, and purpose.

As a nonprofit school, Salt Creek Ballet also offers service hours through our Ambassadors of the Arts program, helping students learn the value of using their talents to give back.
